The licensed asset can appear in non-commercial project.

Can be used for:

Cannot be used for:

  • End products for sale
  • Business social media accounts
  • Physical or digital paid advertisements
  • Native apps, web apps, or games

Commercial

The licensed asset can appear in up to 5,000 end products for sale

Can be used for:
  • Up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale
  • One business social media account owned and managed by the licensee
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
  • Broadcast and streaming for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers
Cannot be used for:
  • Native apps, web apps, or games

Extended Commercial

The licensed asset can appear in up to 250,000 end products for sale

Can be used for:
  • Up to 250,000 physical or digital end products for sale
  • Unlimited business social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
  • Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
  • One native app, web app, or game downloaded or sold up to 250,000 times

Standart / Desktop

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Font Software on up to five (5) computers within your organization for commercial purposes.

Limitations: The use of the Font Software is limited to creating static images and documents.

Web Font

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software on websites using the CSS @font-face rule.

Limitations: The Font Software may be used on a single domain with a traffic limit of up to 10,000 page views per month.

Mobile Apps

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed the Font Software in mobile applications.

Limitations: The Font Software may be embedded in up to 10,000 copies of a single mobile application.

Extended

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software beyond the limitations set forth in other licenses.

Limitations: This includes use for Logo, Social media, Web and Unlimited Commercial Projects. Specific terms and conditions will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

E-Pub

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed the Font Software in electronic publications (eBooks).

Limitations: The Font Software may be embedded in up to 10,000 copies of a single eBook title.

Broadcast

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software in broadcast and video content.

Limitations: This includes use in television, online streaming, and films.

National Corporate

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software within a single country for corporate branding and internal communications.

Limitations: This license is limited to the specific national territory agreed upon.

Worldwide Corporate

Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software globally for corporate branding and internal communications.

Limitations: This license is applicable worldwide.

  • Unlimited Broadcasting
  • Unlimited Social Media & Blog
  • Unlimited Apps & Server
  • Unlimited End Product for Sale
  • Worldwide
